About Palmetto Brewing Company:
Palmetto Brewing Company Founders Ed Falkenstein and Louis Bruce quit their day jobs in 1993 on a mission to bring craft beer to the South. Palmetto Brewing Company was the first brewery in the state of South Carolina, and is considered the “founding father” of Charleston’s craft beer movement. Palmetto’s large brewing facility and 14-tap tasting room in downtown Charleston is a popular community gathering place and pillar in the brew community. Palmetto drinkers can experience countless events at the brewery (like the hugely popular Friday Night Loading Dock Concert Series), reap the benefits of major philanthropic efforts, and enjoy four time-tested beers alongside countless seasonal and one-off releases. Palmetto is widely distributed across South Carolina and coastal Georgia.

About their Branding and Products:
We work closely with Gil Shuler design on all packaging/graphics/logos, etc. He’s a well-known graphic artist in Charleston, and he’s worked with Palmetto for years now. Palmetto reworked their packaging for the first time in 15+ years last year (2015), and they’ll update it again this year incorporating more modern interpretations of elements that have existed on all of Palmetto’s packaging: the Palmetto tree, Palmetto’s logo, other Charleston elements.
